PT BrightGene Biomedical Indonesia is a research driven pharmaceutical company based in Indonesia that aims to be at the forefront as a developer and producer of high quality Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for the needs of the Indonesian pharmaceutical industry and for export to ASEAN markets. PT BrightGene Biomedical Indonesia is a joint venture company established in 2018 between BrightGene Bio-Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (Suzhou, China) and experienced Indonesian pharmaceutical professionals. The plant is built on 25,000 sqm of land within Karawang New Industrial City (KNIC), a world-class integrated industrial estate close to Jakarta in Indonesia. State-of-art API manufacturing technologies that reduce the risks, timelines and costs in drug development have been incorporated into our plant in order to successfully manufacture generic and life-saving drug substance for Indonesia and export.
