By the grace of the Lord Jesus, Jakarta Praise Community Church was founded in 1999. Under the leadership of our founder and Pastor, Ps. Jeffrey and Angela Rachmat together with Ps. Jose and Hanna Carol and the entire pastoral team, JPCC is a Christian church under the Indonesian Christian Congregation (JKI) synod. We gathered as a church for the first time in Sunday worship which took place at Menara Gracia, Jakarta, Indonesia. Since then, we have continued to grow and now gather physically at our church locations in Upperroom, The Kasablanka, and Sutera Hall, as well as having online worship services that transcend geographical boundaries. Starting from introducing people to Jesus Christ and His extraordinary love, baptizing those who decide to believe and making Jesus the Savior of their lives, equipping believers through classes and communities, and building the next generation; whether children or teenagers—we are grateful for God’s guidance and provision during this time, and we entrust the coming years in His hands as we continue to serve Him and His church.
